... meal at 13 Coins. Sub-excellent service, but good food, and better company.
Being my very first trip to Europe I am taking the time to revel in my many emotions, ALL of them. I'm never going to get a first shot at this again. My feelings range from sheer euphoria to sick with anxiety (although that one is very fleeting). I just can't believe it is really happening. It's pretty remarkable really. I mean, yeah, Europe? I have Travel-Brain, badly! For as much time as I spend wandering through every last detail, I can say the trip has started already. Everything I do has a "touch of travel" in the thought process. As I pack up the house, every box filled is a tiny victory, a cardboard step closer to departing!

After my great 2 days with Kristin, a lot of time to chat with John T, an entire evening with the bride, Sada, and an afternoon laughing & frolicking with Sophia, I couldn't have asked for a better time with each of them. I am looking forward to all of the plans I made with each of them for this Summer (or next yr, in John T's case) and once again am feeling the blessing of great friends and family.
