... visibility extremely poor. On top of that, the huge trucks (and there were so many of them!) were going stupidly fast, it was so dangerous!! Thankfully, we made it to Revelstoke in one piece. Quite a sleepy little town at this time of year, with the ski season not due to kick off for another month. We checked in to our beautiful B&B for the night, I could totally get used to this B&B thing!! Anja's place was just gorgeous, with a fireplace of our own ...

After a light dinner, we drove back into downtown and had a few beers with the boys at an Irish pub near the waterfront. We decided after a few jugs to continue back at the hostel and ended up running into Christian and his family who were on their way back from Vancouver!
