... when we arrived it was closed, so we didn't get to see the market but still had a wander around and went for dinner at the Vancouver Fish Company, a restaurant on the front. We both had fish & chips which were amazing, so tasty!! Once we finished dinner we just headed back to the hostel. Around 9pm we went down to the hostel bar The Beaver for a comedy night which was horrendous! Not funny at all! So early night for ...

Very quiet at work and the partying has stepped to haha. Australia Day Triple J countdown was playing a day early for us and it started at 5pm compared to the usual 12pm. That was enough excitement for one day.

With the sun shining we knew that we would be offered a new perspective on the Lake. The water glistened with greater vitality and the shades of green were more promenant to the eye. The wildflowers appeared to have sprung to life with their bold colours in full view and swaying gently in the light wind. We took some more photos and bid our final goodbyes before hitting the ...

... tunnel entrance to a mall, which we were sure was incorrect. One had to take a ticket to pass through, and then we tried to get out to find the correct location. Dave drives up to the automated gate and inserts the ticket stub, which indicates 1 euro is due, and only credited card accepted. In Dutch, the sign apparently said no exit, how were we to know? We saw other people in the next lane inserting tickets, gates lifting and driving through. Okay, so we thought, wrong ...
