the memorial park in Calarardo Springs The park has perimeter trail
2.0 miles, and center trail with in the park .06 miles, and two 5k trails,
indoor and outdoor pool, recreation center, three baseball fields one softball
field, basketball court, boating, exercise course, 12 ...

... So up we went again! He was right! The thrill of the downhill ride was exhilarating!

We have had a marvelous vacation, and visiting with friends and family made it that much better. We love you Jen & Dale, Steph & Adam, Bets, and Diane & Gary. Thank you for everything!

We have arrived home safely after visiting nine states, taking countless pictures, and putting about 4800 miles on our trusty Suzuki. Signing off until next time...

... but I'd have to say when you have just seen Arches National Park and Monument Valley it was never going to be as impressive as those! Of course we spent some time and money in the gift shop! Then we headed out to the Cliff Dwellings At Manitou Springs. This is the original housing styles of the local indians, imbedded into rock. It was very interesting to explore.

... us through Big Thompson Canyon. The Canyon was formed by the Big Thompson River which we followed all the way out of the mountains. There were lots of cottages lining the canyon where there was room. We saw lots of people fishing all along the river. The most spectacular steep cliffs were at the end of the canyon.
