      DAY 8: Disneyland!

A travel blog entry by kelsi-rawinia on Dec 08, 2014

... the early evening, massive floats, many characters and dancers. We are quite lucky to have gone during the holiday season as the entire park is decked out in Christmas decor and the parade has Santa and elves, etc. Unfortunately it was really difficult to get photos of the parade, so I didn't get many good ones. They danced and sung to the same song on repeat as they went along for about 10-15 minutes. The dancers and people on the floats probably sing that song in their sleep. The ...

Don't know why I didn't book business for either of those trips as it was only $15 each more expensive and we got a snack pack and drinks thrown in as well as on-board wi-fi. • Finally arrived in L.A late morning after what seemed quite a long flight, actually it was half an hour early as we had a back wind. We then took the bus and then taxi to Guy and Stacey's place up in Echo park. They live in a quad plex, real nice place not too far from the park. Not long after Stacey arrived home we walked around the park and went up to Angelino Heights which is a small quarter within the Echo Park district that is ...

Hello All! We are stateside once again. Fiji Airways #810 brought us safely back to LAX and we landed about noon local time. The 10 hour flight wasn't too bad. We each slept about 5 or 6 hours and we were able to lie nearly flat, so we're not feeling too horrible right now. Except for the fact that our vacation ...
