Overall, it actually wasn't a bad place. The sculptures, like a zoo, have a lot of information about the animals and how endangered they are, which I think is pretty important to make kids aware of. Although it's obviously grounded in Christianity, the message isn't aggressive and it's far more of a science museum, presenting a pretty good pro-environment message. I just wish it hadn't been so depressingly empty.

... at the ferry terminal was either closed (still early morning) or full of people). We wandered out on the street in the direction of Kowloon Park (our next tourist destination) in search of some food. We found two restaurants next to each other and decided on the one that looked nicer. It was very nice. ... we had mixed fortunes... overall, perhaps unsurprisingly, we came out with less money than we went in with! In anticipation of the imminent arrival of David's third grandchild, we put a bet on a horse called 'Bundle of Joy', that came in third.
