They basically want exposure for their concept right now, so would like to have more of the foreign community in to hear their presentation to see if there is a market for "higher end" tea. Interesting morning!

Our apartment building is adjacent to the North Eastern University and many professors and retired professors live here. Many of my walks are through the university campus.
