... could only speak Chinese and couldn't read it. A massive bowl of hot sauce turned up immediately and we had to go pick some sticks with tofu, veg, eggs and even chickens feet out the fridge ourselves. Then dip it into the hot sauce. The waitress then came over and took the sticks and pulled off the food and dumped it into the hot sauce to show us how it was done. You then used chopsticks to get it out. Noel struggled! The last two days in Beijing passed by extremely quickly, and there were more than a few rather painful goodbyes to the friends that we met on this trip. Although it was sad to leave the great friends which I had met, I happily remembered the memories that had been created in Guangxi. We also made plenty of new memories when we visited the Great Wall, the Chinese National Museum, and the Forbidden City.
