... summer palace is stunningly beautiful and is massive, at the bottom is a huge lake filled with water lilies, it was exactly how I wanted China to be. It poured with rain for the entire time but then it hasn't actually stopped raining since we got here!
Both of us feeling dreadful, wet and full of cold we decided on another hardcore night of Kindle reading. We have however found the the Chinese rice brandy is drinkable and also pretty good for a cold : )
