      nothing around the area unless you have a car. it's a bed for the night and the owner is very friendly.

      After 14 hours of playing games, drinking, watching movies and eating we manage to stay awake during the whole flight. We make it all the way through the customs rigmarole only to be called over at the 2nd last checkpoint and Rich is whisked off to a questioning area and I wasn't allowed to go in with him.       ... of a slight delay sitting on the tarmac waiting to take off in Dusseldorf for the final leg of our journey. No explanation was given as to why we sat there for 20 minutes half way to the end of the runway but we suspect that it was the weather. A storm cell came through that dropped a bunch of rain and blew the plane around with it sitting still. We were glad it worked out the way it did though.
