We caught an Uber taxi to Universal Studios early this morning and spent the whole day there going on as many rides as possible. The most trilling was the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit. Wow what a roller coaster! I wanted to go on it again but when we went back ...

Legoland is a MUST. The free shuttle from Orlando is awesome, you get to the park at the time it opens and it leaves for the return trip 30 minutes after the park closes. Speaking of brilliant and awesome... we also were forced - seriously, we were forced - to try the candy corn soft serve ice cream cone... first they fill the cone with one of my favourite Halloween things: candy corn; and then fill 'er up with candy corn flavoured soft serve. Don't ask me how they do it, just smile and nod and enjoy every darn lick of the thing. Well, that's what we did anyway.

You can either sit at the bar on one of these seats or you can get tables. I love the seats.

The area where the mechanical gorillas are has simulated rain which looks very effective. It wasn't only the kids eyes that were wide open. We were pretty impressed as well. You need to enlarge the pic to ...
