Today is the day!!!! After a not very thought out escape from Hermosa I made the plane feeling a little discombobulated. 5 hours later I touched down in Music City, I walked through the arrivals lounge and their was a band playing! Exciting. Got a taxi to the hostel which is very cool, nashville itself is hot hot hot. Kind of stuffy wet heat. Not used to this at all. ... in to the 85 seater cafe, that looked exactly as it does on the TV show 'Nashville'. We had prime seats right at the front, and we had the honour of seeing song writer Merv Green preform live. We heard all the stories behind his 10 most famous songs and saw him play them live. He has written songs for Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw and his grammy award winning song recorded by Lonestar, 'Amazed'.
That was a really special experience. ...
