... mall, only big enough for 2 cars! Bob was pretty happy to have a look around and chat to the guy. Fortunately too big for the suitcases and too big for the wallet. $85,000 for the basic model, which was still pretty plush, $135,000 for the spec'd up model. 500 km range on one charge. Drove abut 20 km Santa Monica Beach. We got there with just enough light to make out the horizon. It was good to feel the moist cool sea breeze. The beach is very broad. The pier was surprisingly underdeveloped compared to Fishermans wharf in SF. There seemed to be more locals, even fisherman.Also checked out Venice beach but it was deserted in the night.

Although many of the stalls feels like a tourist trap there are a few vendors that are consistently getting rave reviews.
