This week, I was very busy at work, so I didn't do a lot of activities but I have some cool stuff to tell you. At work, I did a bunch of different things. When I work at the office, I help Tessa (volunteer coordinator), Erin (education coordinator), Meredith (buyer for the gift shop) and Jann (manager) for all sorts of things. Most of the time, I do some price tags for the gift shop. Now, I’m good to use the cash ...

They were able to speak French, but they talked with me ...

... just north of West Palm Beach, and then on March 8 to Jetty Park (recommended by fellow travelers) on the ocean near Cape Canaveral. I've included map pictures of the route I'll be traveling. Looking forward to touring Kennedy Space Center and visiting Cape Canaveral National Seashore!!!

I called several military campgrounds (on/near military bases) along my proposed route. There are restrictions on who can camp there, but some of them accept retired ...

... It is dangerous enough in the day when I can see the shark fins coming.) We were having a hard time finding a room in Homestead, 200 miles south of here, so we decided to ask the ranger, on a whim, if there was a miraculous cancellation and so room for our teeny tiny tent. And there was... After getting lost, we eventually found the spot. It was unprotected and windy. As Ana cried for her mother, Jessica and I struggled in the wind and the dark to get the tent up. Using techniques ...
