We spent most of the day relaxing and recovering and now we are going out for dinner and having a drink free, high energy evening. The weather improves as we travel through beautiful Arizona. With a couple of rest stops, I drive all the way to Hoover Dam, where we get out and take photos. I've driven 4 hours today and I'm very pleased with myself.

We hiked to the top of the “Red Rock” national park, walked around the modern civil engineering wonder – Hoover Dam and swam in the Mead Lake.
