After a pretty long drive from the Keys, we arrived at Fort Wilderness around 5pm. Check in was super easy. We did it without getting out of the RV. We were at site # 1918, not too far from the Meadows Pool, but too far from the dog park. Backing in to our site was pretty easy. ... much just walk straight into each ride. After lunch we watch a show called Iceploration where there are ice skaters, acrobatics and animals. It was fantastic, as they were all pro skaters. To end the day we looked around at the animals, again this was one of the smaller zoos and was a bit questionable in my opinion. One of the animals with a small cage was a bald eagle, the symbol of America and a beautiful bird but a little ironic ...
