We started this morning with breakfast at one of our favourite restaurants on site. Kona Café at the Polynesian Resort. There is such a wonderful Hawaiian atmosphere at this resort, and the service is always top notch. I ordered the Big Kahuna platter which consists of macadamia coconut pancakes topped with a pineapple and whipped cream topping served with two eggs, roasted potatoes, ham, sausage, bacon and French toast. ... on the boardwalk and then took the boat over to Magic Kingdom. The kids enjoyed going over the water bridge
and seeing the cars pass beneath us as we went from the waters of the natural Bay
Lake to the man-made Seven Seas Lagoon.



Seeing the castle for the first time was really
special. To see the kids eyes light up

... the whole time, boys and cars haha Then a very grumpy me and happy husband walked to the car park and caught the shuttle bus to Epcot where it became really stormy and windy, we walked around for about an hour but we were so tiered by now we went back to call our shuttle to come earlier we managed to get the 6:30 bus there was allot of black clouds and lightning so it was a good idea to get away from the bad weather. ... which only took about half an hour & had some dinner in our room eating some food we bought from a massive organics food shop/barn across the road from our hotel. The choices are amazing! However we had forgotten to buy plates so it was an interesting exercise in balancing & eating direct from containers without compromising manners too much. ... the block to find a restaurant. Deciding we wanted to "do America" without visitingf chains like McDs or Dennys, the first independant restaurant was a traditional German one (huh ??). So we parked ourselves down for our first American meal of Wiener Schnitzel with a stein of beer!!
