We have been "lounging" here on the white sand beaches for past few days. We drove 424 miles from Savannah on north Georgia coast down through Jacksonville then across thru Tallahassee (Florida State University) over to pan handle then south to Grayton Beach State Park which is 40 miles NW of Panama City.

After a grueling five days of driving, it was time to find a nice campground and hang out for a few days. My plan was to stay at the state park on the beach near Destin. But the polar vortex spoiled things, so I found an RV park near Pensacola instead. Howdy friends and family!
We have made it to the sunny state of Florida where we have decided to ditch the whole bike-riding thing and become beach bums, bronzing our skins on the white sand beaches and drinking frilly cocktails with fun little umbrellas in them! Just kiddin'! It is starting to really heat up again though... AND there are white sand beaches, but alas, we've decided to stick to our guns and continue pedaling.
