We have really enjoyed topsail hill, pretty centrally located, bike riding and mostly private beach access. Plus lakes, kayak and canoe rentals, tall pines to camp under and great staff. Today is red and purple flag day again so no beach. Hit the pool, did some bike riding ...

... some real estate options too... 1 bedroom 2 bath for $1,450,000. Think retirement here is a total option. Hahahaha. Unless we win powerball. Not likely as we never play. Oh well. Trying to get the kids to understand we are all here to have fun and we can't have fun until the work is done and they need to help. And offer to help. And not complain. It's been a really *********** and slow to learn. Only have 40 more ...
