      It was a good day. Jim and I both thought the Cape Canaveral tours were better. The Johnson Space Center looked dated and old. And they had “sold” the center of the lobby to Ripley’s Believe It or Not with science related displays, but not space related. It was very curious. ...

      ... After the 8 week rotation is up, we will be traveling to Thailand for a week. We've picked 2 cities to visit, Bangkok and Chiang Mai. I am very excited for both, but I will admit that giving up the chance to visit the Thai beaches was incredibly hard. However, a week just isn't long enough for the full Thailand experience.       ... Found huge storm drain tunnels that made massive echoes when we shouted down them. Sweating and hot we craved a beer, walking up to the infamous 6th street we found a Mexican bar on happy hour and took advantage with buckets of beer. Made our way slowly down the infamous 6th street lined with loads of pubs, slating off any further sightseeing for the day.
