This cave was very beautiful and you climb up through the cave then descend down to the bottom of the Macocha Abyss. This is spectacular as you look up towards the top (where we later visited). We have had a very relaxing day – I think the first one since our trip began. After a leisurely breakfast at the apartment we went for a short walk around the town and picked out some of the points of interest listed on the tour map. It is particularly windy today and we hoped to visit St Thomas' Church but it was closed.

... us to the middle of nowhere Jihlavy station 35 mins from Telc but this time we were lucky enough to make the a 3 minute transfer to the next train. Regardless, all the mainline trains seem to run 5-10 minutes late, so we were in plenty of time to catch the Brno train.

Further down the tack, Czech Rail was experiencing some signal difficulties, so we were transferred on to local buses to bridge the problem. Warm day, no air-conditioning ...

More rain today, took the A roads to try and get some better riding. However the rain combined with the traffic made it a bit of a chore.....so spending all day struggling to find any enjoyment and all nights talking to myself makes for a very depressed ...

Eventful first night in Brrrrrno went to restaurant downstairs with Czech musicians playing Locals joining in singing and dancing It was a wonderful atmosphere. Brno is the 2 nd largest city in Czech Republic Again many wonderful buildings and amazing cathedral. Did some drawing with Jenny and Marion so very peaceful I'm picking up some tips. Went into cathedral just as a wedding ceremony was about to start the organ music was very moving ...
