New Year's Day 2014 dawned bright and cool in the Valley of the Sun. Kickoff was not until 6:30 PM and the Tailgate Party didn't begin until 3 PM sowe had almost an entire day. We decided to head east of Phoenix into the Superstition Mountains.

Another day of food and friends in Arizona today. ... we left was that we might be back in a week because we didn’t know how we were going to handle being with each other 24 hours a day for 3 straight months. So far, so good, though...is it the balance of Mexican and Japanese food that keeps the calm???
