... friendly, of course, and after the meeting I was able to spend a little time talking to a number of them.

But not for too long... Alan Meeker, who I had met the previous time there, was coming around to my room for a bit of a visit and I had to keep that in mind.

Alan, it might be recalled, is a tradesman who's done work for my son when his house has needed things fixed or changed.

... The fountains and statues were great. But, it was time to head to the train station. Where we waited for train 5 to leave. We waited and waited and waited! The only benefit of the delay was that we were able to watch then entire USA v. Portugal match. David got the kids chanting, "I believe that we will win!"
