          ... friendly, of course, and after the meeting I was able to spend a little time talking to a number of them.

          But not for too long... Alan Meeker, who I had met the previous time there, was coming around to my room for a bit of a visit and I had to keep that in mind.

          Alan, it might be recalled, is a tradesman who's done work for my son when his house has needed things fixed or changed.

          Our train to Salt Lake, The California Zephyr was supposed to depart Union Station at 2:00pm. So, we decided to walk through Grant and Millennium Parks. The bean was such an incredible sculpture. We loved the way you could see the reflection of the city and repeated images of ourselves in the parabola of the bean.
