After leaving Dickinson, we came upon Theodore Roosevelt National Park, where bison meet the badlands terrain. The buffalo ended up charging the road at the park entrance and created quite the lineup on the roads. We left North Dakotas grasslands and headed through Montana. Montana was quite ...

... swim seems to work for us right now and is certainly highlight of the day for the children, who are feeling somewhat over-geysered! Aiming to find somewhere to swim each day if we can... Back to Canyon Campground and a pretty quiet evening, fire, marshmallows and a 4th July thunderstorm. No big parades or firework displays but I guess those are happening in the cities, just loads of people just enjoying themselves with friends around ...
