... they had restored their place to it's near origional 1920's style, they took us around the farm, showed us the animals, the HUGE barn that they rent out for weddings and geneally left us wishing we owned the place.

We got up at 2:30 in the morning to start our EPIC road trip of a lifetime! Then we hit the road at 3:15 and it was smooth sailing to Chicago. Annalena had no problem sleeping for the majority of the drive, and the rest of the time she was happy and excited to be in the car. It was a great start to our trip.

... too weird out here in Denver. I ended up leaving the bag on a bus stop bench that just emptied in a busy area, lame but i didn't want to give it to the rental car people.

The first Sunday of a new year, and the first Sunday of the month. It's a big day here in Haiti in the life of the church.
