Please forgive me for not updating the blog until now. After I left Eisenhower, I knew I would be traveling to Denver, as I had made a reservation via AirBnB. it was a long grueling day driving across the rest of Kansas, before coming upon the Rocky Mountain's somewhere along 5:30 in the evening. Then we had a really nice Christmas dinner, we had a brisket with cranberry sauce. Then we had a really super nice chocolate log roll for desert and went to ...

Holly: We're up early and drive the hour out to our dude ranch just to get an advance view of our destination tomorrow. A beautiful drive around Lake Vellicito including some dirt and gravel roads. But beautiful country surrounded by National Forest land.

Then to Durango for a walk around and an outdoor lunch at a cafe. Some additional Durango views then to the campground that Ronnie and I stayed ...
