... OK maybe this is exaggerated) but until last year I would have died from fear. Since I was 8 I got scared of flying a lot. I wouldn't go to the toilet or stand up but keep my belt on tight ALL flight. I got all sweety and nauseous. I even took anxiety pills. They all think of fried rice, bami goreng, nasi goreng, spring rolls ... I can tell it's nothing like the Chinese food you will find at this region or even in the most parts of China. The regional Sichuan pepper you find here, you won't find it in any dish a few hours driving to the north.
