... gardens were not in peak condition, in a cold February, but were extensive and featured carefully managed bonsai gardens, scenic walkways and small halls and gardens (called things like the Hall of Distant Fragrance, and so on).We left Suzhou next day, bound for Shanghai again. We have managed to bring forward our flights to Sydney to 5 February, so we will have three days back in Shanghai, before moving on.
