... offer a lot to the visitor, not the least of which is discovering the sweetness of both sets of peoples – both sweet and kind. We loved discovering the differences in cultures as well as the similarities, discovering the amusing things as well as those that irk you – in all, learning more and more about our very small (and getting smaller) world!!

... but the final destination was the same. The subway station was crazy. We all have metro cards, which are electronic cards you put money on and use them to pay for the subway, bus, and taxis. If we did not have metro cards, we would have had to wait in a line that looked like it never ended. I've never been happier to have a metro card.
Today we're hoping to see more of the French Concession and enjoy the architecture. Perhaps we'll eat lunch while we're there. Until next time!

Anyway, Marcie was her normal, crazy self. She brought her coworker, Theresa, with her and was picking on her the whole time in a playful manner. Marcie has a personality that I can’t begin to describe. To say she is quick witted is an understatement, you just have to meet her. She really is one of a kind.
