The mausoleum itself was not that exciting, a small room with a statue but intricately decorated walls and ceiling. Next we had our first calligraphy class which we were all looking forward to however we were forgotten about! So we ended up having a lecture about calligraphy rather ...

... to the school bus stop for the first time. The kids have been dying to do this, but due to bad weather, or me working, it hasn’t happened. It looked rainy on this day, but we took the risk. There is a sheltered area for the kids to lock their bikes up during the day. I had Zhang come to our house in the morning, incase it was raining and we needed a lift to the bus stop, but we didn’t end up needing the car so I sent him ...
