... this area so friendly. Families were all speaking to us and getting their children to say "hello'. We met a lovely old lady on the bridge in Changsha who told me I was beautiful and desperately wanted to have her photo taken with us. This is an area where they see many Chinese tourists, but very few foreigner tourists.

A really fantastic day, and definitely the highlight of our holiday for me!

... an early dinner I’ll never forget.

Aside from the great German food, I was gifted by a homemade cheesecake, 10 out of 10, and also, a traditional Chinese tea set. Both of which were unexpected and both left me overwhelmed. Few times I can admit I’ve been left speechless, and this was one of them.

... you get in everywhere, so Cian says.

Clíona helped Cian pack his backpack before we headed into town with Mr. Cian as our guide. He brought us through the shopping streets where Miriam got a beautiful pair of Nikes and dad tried on some timberlands! Changping is wonderful, well layed out, clean, seems like a nice place to live in and Cian certainly knows his was around. Huge difference in people here. In Hong kong we were pretty ...
