After arriving in Guangzhou, we quickly got directed to a counter for those that would be making transfers. We had been told by Devona earlier in our trip that China Southern Airlines would provide a free hotel room for you if your layover was more than 8 hours. I read recently that the animals in the end corners of a temple roof are often a protection against fire.
