    ... as members of the band taking part in the Maori Cultural demonstration last night, Nigel had a private Poi lesson today. Please see the video...his head is okay...

    We are 7 out of 8 concerts done in China - one tomorrow night and then it's South Korea on Sunday.

    6:00am start again...bus - plane - bus - hotel - rehearsal - food - concert - hotel - sleep - Korea!!!

    ... first week alone, I’ve eaten more greens here than I have this remaining past year.     ... what’s interesting enough is every kilometer or so is what at first seems to be playgrounds. When in fact, it’s a collection of small workout machines, mostly for cardio activity. Strange indeed, but I’ve now since added a bit of my time to make use of these machines to my daily regimen.
