Guangzhou met us with a humid 35 degrees as we stepped out of the plane and instantly turned me into a slug. ... we then walked the one block to the metro and found cover in the transit system. We popped up at our stop and walk back to the hotel, by this point thankfully the rain had subsided. We made it home literally put up our feet decompressed in our hotel bubble or air conditioning and relative quiet before heading out to find dinner. We decided to walk around a few blocks and see if we could find a real Chinese food dinner. Which is a bit redundant and reductive as all food here ...
