    ... really prepare you for the "delights" the Bay veal sausage. Everyone else was very happy with their meal and the waitstaff were very attentive, we think we got three or four new plates during the course of our meal, not including the ones the mains were served on. We did discuss how we might convert the restaurant into a more pumping venue, with the consensus being group functions. We caught the Kaido back to Aberdeen after dinner and went home for more wine before bed.

    ... daily routines on the ground, all manner of boats sharing the harbour. Helicopters, ferrying VIP passengers from central Hong Kong to Macau's casinos, buzzed back and forth, a long way below us. Even the bathrooms faced out to another spectacular view of the heavy industry and shipping to the west, which made our pit stops really fun!     ... oh well…). The downtown here is as opulent as the West Lake area, and really does showcase the wealth that is being created in this city by the many private companies here.

    ... Melbourne City Council need to number their streets correctly and Countrylink need to maintain their trains better, but, even those experiences were experiences to remember and talk about!

    A Very Big Thankyou to everyone who had been reading the blog- you are right, Margaret, I didn't always feel like doing it but felt more and more compelled as the time went on and it will be a great reminder for us. It's also been a great way of keeping in touch with people.
