... first, at around 10 am, we had our lunch. But not the traditional order from a restaurant way. Actually, one part was a number of fire pits, stone seats and tables. Here, the students were given buckets of vegetables, meats and noodles and were charged to cook their own meals. On paper, it was a short week at school with our 2 PD days in Shekou on Monday and Tuesday, but, in reality, it was a loong week. Although the topic, project based learning, is what we've been doing at home for years, the sessions were somewhat useful because we had time to plan a unit of study we will be using.
