... what the part of the wall is called that we are visiting) we chat for a bit but since it's quite early we both end up napping and only wake up when we're 15 minutes from the wall. My first glimpse of the wall is unreal, it's on top of this mountain looking down on us like it has been there forever and will be there after we're long gone. I'm very very excited by the time we get off the bus and we're given instructions of where to meet after etc, I hardly listen as I ...

... Brent, just stood there laughing at me L I obviously missed the funny side!!! However, we made it to the end and now we can call ourselves double heroes!! So as the wall has been conquered we decided to go check out the animals we could see. They had bears in mini habitats and camels you could have your photo with and a peacock, a yak and a horse!! You could feed the bears for 3 Yuan and they knew how to beg for it as well.

    Beautiful people fall is here!!

I hope you're all enjoying the cooler days, I know I certainly have been grateful for the weather lately, mostly due to the significant drop in pollution levels we've seen in Beijing. I didn't think it was possible to see the sun so many days in a row here!! Goes to show what I know--very little!

I haven't updated in awhile, I often just plain forget that I have this blog. This week is a ...
