    ... and then went to Ken’s House of Pancakes. I got the Kokonut Pancakes which they serve with 3 tropical syrups: coconut, guava and lilikoi. The coconut had no flavor, the guava tasted fermented but the lilikoi was delicious. By now the rain had turned to pouring rain.     ... Stars kannten, haben wir natürlich fleißig Photos gemacht, denn der rote Teppich und Photos von Stars gehören doch irgendwie zu Hollywood dazu.

    Am Abend haben wir uns im Chinese Cinema die “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” angeguckt und trotz bester Location in Hollywood am Samstag waren unglaubliche 8 Leute im Kino. Der Film ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn man ein großer Turtles Fan in seiner Jugend war!

    ... the movie, we took a quick walk through Hollywood and stopped to pose for a picture under the street lamps of a classic statue series titled "Urban Light." On Monday after a cute sidewalk cafe breakfast, Tony got to dump a bucket of ice cold water on Alex's head while I filmed, all for the ALS fundraiser ice bucket challenge.     Working out the public transport was easy and we hit the road running to downtown, taking in the historic sites, central market, angels flight, Bradbury building,Walt Disney concert hall, California plaza, the old pueblo which is the original settlement of LA, the old Olvera Street district - all,very Spanish.
