Yesterday was another jam-packed day. We are leaving LA today to head down to Escondido, so we have tried to pack in as much stuff here as we could. ... the airport. I thought our location was fairly central… the bus was fairly popular especially closer to our final stop but I see why most locals have cars.
Our motel is probably not in the best location. The street name Alvarado should have given us a clue. It was mainly a Hispanic neighbourhood with a few African American and Chinese locals but very few European. Everyone seemed friendly enough though and we felt fine.
