On the road to Memphis

... gateway to the Memphis blues visitors centre. An architectural theme is emerging. If you are flogging the Blues have it be in a place with lots of corrugated iron and old , knackered sofas on the stoop. This is compulsory. BB Kings museum sussed out that you can still sell the blues without it all being beat up and shabby. His museum was slick, sophisticated and downright classy. Written in 2002, four years after the death of his wife from cancer, which in turn, came only about a year after the tragic death of his 19 year old daughter in a car accident. A numbing double shot of **** you from the universe that would fell many a soul.

... the ruts and the countryside turned into hills and hairpin curves! It was NOT boring anymore. I had to stop twice because my hands were numb from gripping the bars so tight. But after 10 miles or so I started to relax but keeping full attention on the road. When I finally came back to the tarmac I accelerated so fast along the road...all the adrenaline came rushing out.
What will tomorrow bring?
