    ... the drink beer and wine during the flight. I'm like I'll have a diet dr pepper, getting wild! So he chatted and then slept until dinner. I swear they serve the same nasty vegetarian meal on every flight. It was gross. Then the crazy Frenchman went back to sleep on and off for the rest of the flight. I didn't really fall asleep until the end and then was woken up by an announcement saying we were 45 minutes from Paris!

    ... you can look over the Mississippi but this one happens to be in another state! It's only a few minutes down the road but I can officially say I've been to pikes peak in Iowa. One more state I can tick off my list. Amazing views which really pictures don't do it justice to much.     ... thought we might stay there but changed mind and decided to head for Dubuque - on the Mississippi. that was not such a good idea as we could not find a motel on the road we were taking.
