    That night, our group went to a flamenco show/dinner in Madrid. This experience was incredible. Flamenco dancing/singing is from the south of Spain, but they put on shows in Madrid for tourists.   • The game was sponsored by Shenandoah University, which meant that entry was free for everyone (about 430 in attendance). The ticket lady nevertheless gave out tickets at the entry booth, and then there was a raffle every inning for prizes donated by local businesses.

    ... even if it means I can only speak Spanish with Ashley too. I think I can attain this goal as long as I make an effort to speak Spanish outside of the classroom most of the time.

    We will keep everyone posted when we get to Madrid how our first day in Spain went! We are both so excited and BEYOND grateful for this opportunity to improve ourselves and to immerse ourselves in such a wonderful culture.
