... and steamed potatoes (no butter or sour cream). Felt more like a proper meal. if any food is left on your plate, you are offered a box to take it away. i stripped the meat off the bones when we got back to the motel - lunch for tomorrow.
Finding bread rolls has been a bit tricky. We have had wraps for the last 2 days as an alternative.
Visited the old lighthouse in St Ignace before going back to the motel. Off south tomorrow

The highway south was a quick way to reach St Ignace. Speed limit was 70 mph, 60 mph for trucks and minimum speed was 55 mph. Arrived early afternoon and found a motel which gave a 20% discount for over 50's!!! Have been for a drive around the town. No mooching up the town streets on foot as there is no protection from the rain over the footpath. Have discount vouchers for the casino! May go out and take a look.
... partied into the wee hours of the morning, until it was time to grab a few hours of sleep before retuning to the airport at 6am and back to the boat in Canada. What a incredible whirlwind of a trip but worth every effort making my sister so very happy and sharing in some piece of pre-wedding celebration.
