Woke a bit too early for my liking, but bed was comfortable, was about 5 degrees on waking and this evening as I type this it's supposedly 11 degrees. Yumy oatmeal for breakfast then headed off to walk into town - about 3.5km, all flat. many of the houses could have been in NZ but I had to keep conciously reminding myself which direction to look when crossing the road. It was down below a cliff and had rocks along the shore, it was really nice and there were surfers out and people swimming which in the pictures you wouldn’t expect as it looks cloudy, but in reality it is all the fog mist that hangs around for half the day. ...
... for a delicious breakfast buffet. It's a unique situation when we are offered so many "good" choices without any concern about how the food is prepared. There was assorted sliced fruits, steel cut Irish oatmeal, other grain cereals with rice, soy and almond milks offered along with cinnamon, mace, nutmeg and stevia brown sugar.. The potato hash was served with salsa, ketchup and barbecue sauce. I loved it.
