We got up early, had some cereal and packed up. On the way out we had a last pleasant chat with our lady Park Host/Ranger friend. When we told her we were off to Yosemite on Highway 120 she exclaimed "Are you sure, the 120!! In an RV??" As I'd driven it through SF and (nearly) survived I wouldn't be phased. Jesus. No Really - Jesus.

We went out earlier this week and bought a propane-fired portable fire pit, so we've been enjoying a little fire with our wine when the evenings have been cool. (Not tonight, though - it's still too darned hot!)
We are here for 2 days and doing all the usual household chores. The dogs are happy as there is grass. We still are working on the kitchen faucet issue. We have eliminated what it isn't...great huh?
