... modern blob sculpture right next to a traditional bronze of a political great. This kind of mismatched, hotch potch arrangement only added to the charm for us.
Perhaps most exciting for us was the area around South Street and the Magic Garden. The area is dotted with the most exciting colourful mirror and tile murals. We visited the Magic Garden, a house and museum space and with a group from the hostel took a guided tour ...

... in trying to lift him from the bottom with no avail, then came up and yelled for help. A big guy helped her bring the kid out and they started CPR while someone called 911. By the time they took the kid away in an ambulance, he was conscious, alert and talking. Said they'd probably keep him overnight for observation. Couldn't if he was running and slipped and hit his head, or just overcome with water. Laura was a bit shaken up, but OK. ...

... lot looks EMPTY! What's happening to all of those cars for me to choose from? There is none to have. Just another hour in the rain before I get my car - I am starting to get flash back from my Houston trip...clown car running in a circle around the airport looking for the hotel. Hey, maybe I get to see a little bit of Philly at night...

Are you kidding me? This isn't the place to be lost at night. Aaahhh..the hotel...FINALLY!!!
