We left the campground a little later this morning because we didn't want to get into St. Louis during rush hour. So we had a relaxing morning and a good breakfast. We left around 8:30.

We crossed the Mississippi about 2 hours later, but before that we crossed the Chain of Rocks Canal. At first we thought we were crossing the Mississippi because of the huge bridges. Down river we saw white water and learned that there is a series of rock ledges ...

A picnic lunch was enjoyed under the spreading limbs of an old elm tree. We then continued north along scenic US Rt. 69 to Louisburg where we turned west on Kansas Rt. 68 and ...

open-minded academically-oriented place than other spots in the state. I find
the scenery around Lawrence to be quite nice, mostly grassland but moist enough
to be greener and have more trees than the barrens of the ...

I got up at 8:30 and randomly the Hall Network DID work for me this morning. I wrote and watched One Tree Hill and facebook. I had cold cereal with David at 10:00 and we made plans for later. He left for work at 10:30 and I stayed around until 1:00 just resting up and writing. I talked with Spencer after noon for about 15 minutes. I did some car organizing and then left at 1:30. I found a free street parking space at 2:15 after looping around. I'm still not ...

I got up at 8:30, got ready for the day and finished writing just before
10:00. I packed up and then heated up my nachos in the microwave. I ate
upstairs and watched an old Supernatural. I hadn't seen Harper so I
texted her about 10:30. I didn't hear from her so I stripped the bed and left. Then I realized I could have been picking up an open network out in front of the house. So did that and left just after 11:00. I went ...
