... Ohio, an Amish community where we had found a city park in which to camp. Literally we sought out a campsite with headlights on as dusk grew dimmer by the minute. Fortunately the park was level (not so the case the next campsite further north as you will see) and not populated so we found a good spot and set up camp, turned on the AC to cool down the interior and went for a late evening stroll ...
Scheduled for departure on 8/8/14 and this time we're off to Prague to begin our first visit to the more eastern reaches of Europe.
Hopefully, I'll have a little more time to share our explorations with you here. For now, it's time to dive into packing!

... a Douglas A-4 Skyhawk, which I flew in flight school, as well other planes like P-51 Mustangs, DeHavilland DH-5 Buffaloes, countless T-28s and T-34s, and a variety of the more common military trainers.One of the most impressive planes was a Curtis Jenny that was "naked" (not covered), which showed its beautiful woodwork and metal fixtures.
After making the rounds of the Warbirds, I took Alex for a decent lunch in the Warbird ...
... road, dotted line (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 – eyes cross again), trucks (oh geeeeez, more road kill), (look up) clouds. I’ve been able to make out clouds in the form of a duck, an angel and Chester Cheetah (perhaps a brain pattern correlated directly to my cheesy breakfast) – surprising and yet somewhat exciting. Never know what’s going to happen next…..
