It started raining early (despite the weather channel’s claims that there was zero percent chance of rain before 1:00, after which rain is likely), so we packed up and bailed out early. ... to put on a dinner for us tonight. However, with Grandma’s memory not being great anymore, we figured it was too much for her and a bit of a hazard having her cook on her own. So we talked her out of it and said she could still make her potatoes and she could bring them over. So we left it at that, headed in to Food City as I had to pick up some of my Almond Milk for the next few mornings for cereal.

    We headed home for ...
