Mia has continued to make an amazing recovery. We were moved to a regular room on Tuesday morning. They had her up and walking that day too. We all woke up early to do the early slide shuffle: Holly and I prepped and packed ham sandwiches and potstickers (!) for the kids, we woke them up and they put on suits, Tad drove us to the main lobby to get our wristbands right at 8am, and then back to the other park main gate where we were the first people in line. Mia is out of surgery and in ICU. We had a good report from the surgeon. In his words, her heart is "normal" now. A little bump in recovery when she had an allergic reaction to some medication they gave her in OR so they had to leave breathing tube in longer than ...

... rotten, I should say that the rides were definitely not in the Adventure World league and were definitely not scary (even for me)!
Having been disappointed by the rides we decided to console ourselves with food.
