    ... for Ensenada to pick up kev. We got down there mid morning, packed the trailer and then headed out to pick up some last minute supplies and some tacos. We also bought fishing licenses, valid for a year so guess I've got some fishing to do for next year. Apparently kevs a pretty good surfer, gets free von zipper and billabong gear, pretty cool.     ... before going for a walk along the beach. Later that day, Mark and Cathy took us to see Last Vegas at the most luxurious cinema ever...it had reclining leather armchairs and waiters coming round to take your order - heaven! Oh and the film was good too! The next morning, Cathy took us to La Jolla, just down the coast from Del Mar, where we had "coast toast" - a delicious of version of French toast - whilst overlooking the ocean and the sea lions.     ... a bit and went to recommended Coyote Café where we had margaritas, Mexican food and a serenade by mariachis. After lunch we did a couple of caches, one in a neat cemetery. Some fun gifts and souvenirs where purchased. Back at camp, we visited a bit. Dave & Nancy left to get ready to leave. The Serijan family stayed and Nuby made margaritas. Our final day all together.

    Wow what a city, still a bit hazy in the morning but up and ready for a day at seaworld, Tom went to the beach for a drinking sesh and I went to seaworld which was awesome I saw shamu and other killer whales somehow jump there whole body out the water was incredible and they were huge, I saw some dolphins and other animals as well as going on a few rollercoasters, had an amazing day, Kyle our legend of a leader said he had a surprise for the evening and we needed our swim ...

    ... filling up on propane. The goal today was a visit to the Safari Park connected to San Diego Zoo. It encompasses over 200 acres and offers a variety of ways to view the animals from around the world. We chose the basic tram tour and were treated to herds of a variety of ungulates. The walking tour took us past cheetahs, lions, wart hogs, foxes, flamingos, gorillas and lots of hairless beach apes, which were almost as interesting to watch as the captive ...
