        ... seen many advances since the first well in 1858. I added a video to show the wooden pump jacks run by wooden jerker lines. There are 6 square miles of pump jacks pumping away producing oil, very few are the commercial type of pump jack we see in Saskatchewan, the majority are homemade and are reflected in the pictures.         The final bits and bobs needed to be tidied up from the bombsite remaining from Saturdays party. So after some expert pancake making by the Smith brothers, we toddled to the cottage for the final tidy up. First mission was to return all if the empty bottles to the beer store as you get money back for them out here!!! Abt $35 back in the end.... Seeing as its 10c for a beer bottle and 20c for a wine ...

        ... to where we were sat before. This time attempting one big bananagrams..... The oldies went to the diner for dinner so we demolished the left over mountain of wedding food! It was nice being just the 8 of us again! As there were a lot of paper plates and wooden cutlery to burn it was bonfire time with our official first ever Canadian s'more in Canada.         ... met up again with Ol' Lonely at Algonac and cruised together as far as St. Clair where they stopped for the day.

        We continued to Port Huron, stopped for dinner at the Zebra and were welcomed home by Diane, and Wendy and Larry. We then went through one last bridge to tie up at Diane's condo at Dockside.
