... Southern Methodist University. This school was perhaps the prettiest that we have visited so far and then we went to the President George W. Bush 43 Library which is located on the SMU campus. This museum and library for President Bush 43 had many, many technological features but I still enjoyed his father's museum better. There were several video clips of his family. I did enjoy George W. daughters ...

... to get to our destination by train and bus! The bus took 40minutes and the bus only took maximum 15; Fort Worth was a surprisingly big city obviously not as big as Dallas but we were expecting a couple of cowboy ranches with horses strung up outside! We got dropped off on the bus, right outside the street that was stockyard rodeo, there was cowboy line dancing music playing, old fashion cowboy shops with merchandise all related to cowboys, the boots and ...

Easy morning with Starbucks coffee delivered by Ms. Sally. Decided to drive to the famous Stockyards for breakfast. Once again GPS got us to this tourist area of Fort Worth. Migas- Corn tortillas fried, scrambled eggs with shredded chicken and white cheese sauce. This also ...

After a great sleep, we had breakfast at the hotel. Scrambled eggs with ham, sausage & cheese, great cinnamon apple scones (so good, we took two for the road). juices and coffee.
Our first stop was the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum. This was excellent. It highlights the lives of both George 41 and Barbara. Many interactive displays on their lives and events in their history. You start with a truly wonderful movie on President Bush 41. We used ...

... the rope, such a team effort between horse and rider. Amazing. We went out through the yards with our new friends, the rider had to ditch his spurs. He had his horse in the float attached to the big ute. Here there utes are massive, almost monster trucks compared to ours. Back through the yards we went passing the other competitors with their dogs and horses. We went up to Cadillacs, a bar where the younger crowd hang out. We were there for one drink and left ...
