    I'm sitting in the Charlotte airport on my 8 hour layover, drinking a cold beer and reflecting on the last 10 years. This trip is far and beyond anything I've ever done before, and it is really exciting. Especially since I still don't have half of it planned yet!

    After our tour, we headed south on Highway 77 toward Charlotte. It was midday so the traffic was free flowing. We found the place with no problems and parked in the shaded parking garage.     Stayed at motorhome during the day. Went to the track in evening for the truck race. Got scanners set.........cost 42.78 on visa for the fan vision set up. Had Bojangles Chicken (8.00) and a hot dog (5.00) and 2 tall bud lites (16.00) for supper. Kasey Kahne won.......GREAT RACING......photo ...
